Available every day of the year
• Anyone aged 16 and over
• People who live in or are in the Wakefield and 5 Towns area
• People who are struggling to cope or having thoughts of self-harm or suicide
You do not need a GP or a fixed home address to use the service.
The service can offer:
• A safe space to talk one-to-one with a member of staff
• Support to make a plan to keep safe for the night
• Information about other local support
• 45-minute face-to-face support sessions
• Telephone support if you are struggling to leave home
• Free taxis if you do not feel safe travelling to the service or need help getting home
Face-to-face support is available, but telephone support can be offered if you are struggling to leave home.

If you refer online, the team will call you back within 24 hours.
The service can provide information about other local support that may be available to you.
