Dad Matters supports dads with children under 2.

We can help with: Your mental wellbeing, Building a strong bond with your child, Getting support as a dad

Opening times

  • Monday - Friday : 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Who is the service for?

Any dad or male parent can use this service.

Key support offer

We offer:

• 1-to-1 support at home or on a Walk and Talk session
• Stay and Play groups for dads and children. These run on the 3rd Saturday of the month from October to March.
• Walk and Talk groups for dads. These run on the 3rd Saturday of the month from April to September.

Groups are held at different places across the district.

What we don't offer

We are not a clinical service. We offer support, advice and a chance to talk.
