Referrals are usually reviewed within one week. Urgent referrals are prioritised.

The team can help you access support from organisations including Alzheimer’s Society, Carers Wakefield, Age UK, Live Well Wakefield and Adult Social Care.
The team works closely with GPs, health and social care services, mental health teams and local dementia organisations.
