  • Community Support Groups are different for each group and venue

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10am–4pm
• Saturday: 11am–3pm
• Opening times may be shorter in winter.

Tieve Tara Medical Practice has activities on the ground floor. It is wheelchair accessible and has parking outside. It is suitable for people with extra support needs, including for art therapy.

Community Support Groups take place at different venues, so access may be different at each place. Contact the team to find out more.

You can contact Spectrum People yourself for all of its services. This depends on whether there is space.
A medical practice or another community or voluntary group can also refer you.
